Time and E-mail Management Tips
- Block off chunks of time on your calendar to have uninterrupted 'work time'.
- Work remotely or find a place outside of your office where you won't be interrupted.
- When working during your blocked time, turn off your phone and your e-mail. Focus only on the tasks you have at hand.
- Carry a notebook with you everywhere to capture notes during meetings, etc. It serves as a work diary to pull from later.
