Week 1—Time for You
What do you currently do for yourself?  Whether it is for 5 minutes or 1 hour, we will explore your needs and how to get that critical time in order for you to be the best you can be.

Week 2—Identifying Energy Drains and other Barriers
In order to make more positive time for yourself, we need to identify what is taking your time in a negative way.

Week 3—Values and Priorities
What appears to be a very complex and anxiety ridden decision can become quite simple when we have identified the things in our life that are most important to us.

Week 4—Setting the Strategy
Together we will set a strategy for achieving the balance you desire.

Follow up
After you have worked with your strategy for a week or two, we will follow up with an individual one on one coaching session to further support your efforts.
