Happy WomanOverview of the Personal Foundation Class

Week 1–2:  Get Clear of the Past, 10 Daily Habits & Integrity
Getting clear of the past means you are addressing unresolved matters such as bad habits, coping skills...or unkind remarks that linger as a form of truth for you.  We will explore options with the goal of handling new situations as they occur.  Integrity refers to how our life system is structured:  easy and effortless, or difficult. Are you In or Out of Integrity?

Week 2–3:  Get Your Needs Met
Everyone has a specific set of personal needs. This lesson identifies your specific needs and how to get them met, once and for all.  Needs are completely satisfiable. If it’s not satisfiable, it’s an addiction or compulsion.  Integrity 1st, needs 2nd, wants 3rd.

Week 4:  Extend Your Boundaries and Raise your Standard
Boundaries are imaginary lines that you draw around yourself in order for you to fully express yourself. They are about the actions of others and those influences on you. We will examine ways to make your boundaries definitive and strong.  Personal standards refer to the behavior and actions to which you are willing to hold yourself accountable. We will explore areas to raise your standards and ways in which to attain them.

Week 5:  Tolerations
Tolerations are things you put up with that distract you and drain you of energy. We will look for underlying sources and recognize that in handling tolerations, you free up time and energy.

Week 6:  Strengthen Family and Deepening Community
Harmony, love and relating are hallmarks of the family, and can be grown and developed. Family refers to either your biological or chosen family or community. How do you identify and choose communities?  Do you have a community that you desire?

Week 7:  Be Well Protected
It is difficult to have a strong foundation if you have one eye on the future and one eye looking around protectively.  When fear of loss is reduced and even eliminated, you will naturally progress.  The purpose of the following lesson is to offer you safety.

Week 8:  Become a Problem Free Zone/Coming from Positives/Perfect Present
It’s pretty safe to say that most of us have problems, and that we have had something to do with those problems.  While we can acknowledge personal responsibility for problems and the need to handle, solve, and even eliminate them, we should also say that we could avoid most of them.  It helps to understand where problems come from, what fixes them permanently and what prevents them so you can enjoy the comfort and lifestyle of being a problem free zone.  We will finish off the program with this key element!
